Reference 025
The Berlin district in Monheim comprises some 270 multi-storey residential buildings; largely built around the end of the 70s. The leased apartments are undergoing a step-by-step renovation, which includes the renovation of the flat roofs. As well as economic factors – against the backdrop of increasingly heavy precipitation – the drainage capacity of a building is also increasingly important. During renovation of the roof, the planners and roofers opted to use 63 T refurbishment roof drains from Dallmer, which are simply inserted in the old gully. The drainage capacity of these drains is some 66 percent higher than the minimum requirements specified in the standard DIN EN 1253. A quick and cost-effective drainage solution for the renovation of dilapidated flat roofs – for renovations with or without new thermal insulation.
